I have dyed my hair at a profesional salon and its dark red my hair but it turned to dark brown?

I want my hair to be strawberry blonde almost like a golden wheat color so if i wear to use sun in on my dark red hair but its now like a dark brown would it work out? to the color i want ( strawberry blonde). what would happen?

if your not happy with your hair go back to the salon they should fix it free of charge...

thats a bad idea.. sun in is a bad option no matter what... you need to go to a salon and have it done. you WILL NOT be able to achieve that at home. there are ALOT of steps that need to be taken to ensure you get the results youre looking for...!! trust me!!

if you had it done at a salon, you should go back, maybe try and get a refund.

Trust me from personal experience (not on me but others), if the sun-in doesn't work and you decide to go to a salon to get it done they can't perform the service on you (I wouldn't knowing what it does to you hair) simply the fact with sun-in in your hair and having to put bleach on it (color doesn't lift color so bleach will be needed to lift you to a blonder shade) will completely destroy your hair, I've had to do a test strand for a lady and it kept turning purple (test strands are taken out of their hair) because of the sun-in. Not to mention my instructor had told me long time ago of a perm she was performing, everything went well until they went to rinse the solution out and all the perm rods fell off the lady's head along with her hair because she lied about sun-in being in her hair. People don't realize how much training we need before we can even touch a persons head with color or bleach, and since you have had no training (none that you have mentioned) leave it up to us, the professionals, its costly but worth it, we can get you get exactly what you want and if not, dam*n near close.
