Your hair color should be based on skin and eye tone/color -- If you are blond/ blue eyes or green eyes red will look good, if you have brown eyes you sould go very dark blonde or golden brown so it does not look fake/ If your skin is pale red will look good, if it is olive then golden brown will be better.

Well, i dyed my blonde hair red and it turned out really pretty. It dosen't turn back to ALL blonde like at the end of two weeks but it gradually fades back, YOu might have to deal with some root problems though.

its gonna be fine. its probobly gonna come out just like it if you get the right color. if you had dark brown hair that would be a problem for that color maybe because whenever i try to dye my hair a lighter shade of color even just light brown it comes out orange but it should be fine with your hair.

If you're too scared to go all the way red try putting red highlights in it first. Ease your way into the red. And definitely go to a professional. If you don't like it, they will fix it right away at no cost to you. They also will be straight up with you on what colors your hair will take and show you several options.

That is a beautiful hair color. Your hair should take the color well since you are depositing color (putting color in). If possible have someone help you so that the color is even. Follow process and time and rinse hair with cooler water. Reds fade fast so you will need to get a color shampoo to hold the color in and always rinse with cooler water. In between colorings you can make a shampoo cap (shampoo mixed with a little color) to brighten your color up since I am sure it will fade some. This will be less damaging on your hair. WAIT! Don't color it before you FILL it. A filler is a color that takes your hair half way from light blonde to whatever dark color you are putting on it. Without a filler, the color will do crazy things. The red in that video is a cooler red. What you want to do first is put a demi permanent color on that's about carrot-top red (if that makes sense). You want the filler to be at least two levels lighter than the actual color, and about as orange (copper) as you can find! Thoroughly RINSE (don't wash) this color out, THEN put on your dark red.

If you really want to assure good results, go to a salon. When you get into a double process like this, it's very easy for something to go wrong.
