I would suggest using a dark green eyeshadow which would bring out the colour of yoour hair and a bronze mascara to really make your eyes pop! Or use a goldy brown or heather colour this is good for blue eyes.

shimmery beige

rose (but on cool side, not warm - will make you look muddy)

olive greens, true greens with a touch of shimmer

navy blue with shimmer

purples - medium shades to darker

various shades of taupe/brown

same colors for pencil liners to wear w/ eyeshadow

I would go with a neutral color so that your hair color is what stands out. Colors like sable, tan, taupe, tawny, etc are all good ones that will look good but not over the top.

If you're adventurous though, try different shades of blue and green. I use golds and purples in two-tones across the lid; light to dark.
