How Can I Make My Hair Turn Red(der) Naturally?

I Have Brunette Hair ( like almost the exact same as the brunette girls in the pantene comercials) And I'm Looking For Ways To Make It Look Redder Than It Is Right Now... I Don't Wanna Be A FULL Redhead ... But I'm Just Looking For Natural Ways To Make It Lighter (redder)

Thanx

To give your brunette hair a reddish tint you can try one of two methods. You can use henna which is a plant paste that has been used to dye hair for centuries. Check the web for henna hair dye sources. You can also try making a solution of tea, crushed rose petals, and or cranberries. Apply the solution while still warm and let it sit for an hour. The key is reapplying this to your hair often. The results will be gradual over time.

Before trying any new process on your hair, take into concideration any chemicals currently in your hair (perms, relaxers, permanent color) be sure that it is in healthy condition. Do your research first to be sure you know what you are doing and what kind of results to expect.

I hope that helps! Good luck!

I don't think there is a natural way to go redder. Maybe a little bit of sunlight can help but other than that there is nothing that I'm aware of that does that.

i dont think there is a way to make it redder...but if you dont want to be a full red head then you can throw some red highlights in there...not the thick highlights just some thin ones around so when you move around you will be able to see the red in there it will give your hair more of a reddish look but not completely red

you cn't do it naturally, but if you go to a salon and ask for a tinted red color, you'll have some red streaks you can see in the light really well!!

  1. 1. Get hair wet and let it dry until it is damp.
    2. Get your blow dryer ready.
    3. Get cinnamon, conditioner, and between table spoon or tree of water, depending on the length of your hair.
    4. Get a cup and mix an even amount of conditioner and water in it(3-1 tps.). Then put half as much cinnamon in it.
    5. Stir it up with a spoon.
    6. Take a your fingers and put your mixture on it
    7. Rub through hair all over.(SCALP!)
    8. Blow dry hair till dry.
    9. Sleep in it.
    10. In the morning, rinse it out.
    11. It should work by the third time you do it...it may work the first time.
    12. Do it every night for a week and then every three days. You may not need to do it as often if the color lasts.
    GOOD LUCK!!!!!
