I recently decided to start wearing brown mascara, but do I put it on my lower lashes too?

NO, no no! U have red hair, so brown is too much. Use black mascara and put it on your upper and lower lashes but not too much on the lower, or else you will look like a ragdoll!

Well thats not a good mix. Try dying your hair dark brown and using black mascara with some pink lipgloss.
